Dancing is such a joyous activity, there’s nothing better than moving through space to wonderful music! Sharing dance with older people and the many benefits it affords brings me deep satisfaction. Being able to explore with older participants the possibilities of dance for them, whether they are highly active or have mobility issues, is extremely rewarding. My quest is to spread the joy and many benefits of dance for older people both through my classes and projects as well as training for other dance and health practitioners.
